We’re now seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. The position is available on a casual basis with permanent opportunities including sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and smooth running of front-of-house shifts.
- Lead and support the FOH team to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered.
- Maintain stock levels, oversee restocking and ordering by liaising with the Procurement Team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns or feedback in a professional manner.
- Foster a positive and motivates team environment through on-the-job training and support.
- Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness meet company standards.
- Prepare and service coffee to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Skilled in coffee preparation – barista experience essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Well-organised and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Available to work on a rotating roster from Tuesday-Sunday.
- Police Clearance required for successful applicant.
