Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and smooth running of front-of-house shifts
- Lead and support the FOH team to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered
- Maintain stock levels, oversee restocking and ordering by liaising with the Procurement Team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns or feedback in a professional manner
- Foster a positive and motivates team environment through on-the-job training and support
- Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness meet company standards

Prepare and service coffee to a high standard
Must Have
- Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Skilled in coffee preparation – barista experience essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well-organised and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Available to work on a rotating roster fromTuesday-Sunday
