We are currently seeking motivated Front of House candidates to join our team to display their exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and professional customer service throughout the guest dining experience
- Greet, seat and serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming front of house environmen
- Handle payments, bookings, phone orders and table rotation effectively
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations

If qualified/trained, assist with barista duties to enhance service offerings
Must Have
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a Front of House role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Barista skills are high regarded but not essential as training is provided
- Availability to work on a rotating roster from Tuesday to Sunday with varied start times from 3:30pm onwards
- Must be reliable, punctual and committed to delivering exceptional service
